International students pursuing a master’s degree in Ireland have the opportunity to work part-time while studying, subject to certain regulations:
Students with a Stamp 2 visa can work up to 20 hours per week during term time and up to 40 hours per week during official holidays.
Holiday periods are standardized from June to September and from December 15 to January 15
Students must be enrolled in a full-time course at or above NFQ Level 7 that lasts for at least one year.
A Personal Public Services (PPS) number is required to work part-time
Students must have an Irish bank account for salary payments
Students must comply with Irish tax laws and employment regulations.
